The Baku stage of the Silk Road Tour World Cup has concluded in Baku. Botanica Residence supported the international tournament as a partner.

Organised by the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the competition was held at the Aquatic Palace, where strong swimmers from various countries competed across several categories.

The three-day tournament was marked by intense competition and exciting results. Athletes representing Azerbaijan also stood out with successful performances in the finals. A new Azerbaijani national record was set during the tournament as well.

On 18 June, the Four Seasons Hotel Baku hosted the official presentation and launch of Botanica Residence, a joint project of PMD Group LLC and Kensington LLC.

Representatives of state bodies, business and media, investors and the project’s partners attended the event.

The project, designed by the internationally experienced British architecture practice Chapman Taylor, was presented to the guests.

Botanica Residence is a luxury residential complex in the prestigious Badamdar district of Baku, beside the Central Botanical Garden. It brings the pace of the city together with the quiet of nature, shaping a new approach to modern, comfortable living.

The philosophy behind the project is to offer residents not simply somewhere to live, but a high quality of life, wellbeing and a balanced everyday experience.

The complex covers 2.2 hectares and consists of four residential buildings, with 359 luxury apartments and 4 penthouses. Two buildings rise to 22 floors and two to 18.

On 18 June 2026, the official presentation and opening ceremony of the Botanica Residence project will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku. A joint project of PMD Group LLC and Kensington LLC, Botanica Residence was designed by the internationally experienced British firm Chapman Taylor. The event will be attended by representatives of government bodies, business and media representatives, investors, as well as the project's partners. During the ceremony, a detailed presentation on the project's architectural concept, infrastructure and sales terms will be held.

An agreement has been reached to collaborate with the international creative agency Sectorlight on developing the branding for the Botanica Residence project. Headquartered in London, with a branch in the Middle East, the company has delivered branding solutions for numerous major projects around the world. Sectorlight specializes primarily in place and destination branding, urban planning, and the digital presentation of projects. Through this collaboration, the visual identity and brand language of Botanica Residence will be professionally developed to international standards.

An agreement has been reached with the world-renowned British company Chapman Taylor to develop the architectural concept for the Botanica Residence project. Established in 1959, the company works with leading developers and investors worldwide, delivering projects with award-winning architects, urban planners, and interior designers.
