IN THE HEART OF BAKU, IN THE EMBRACE OF GREENERY
Botanica Residence rises right next to Baku's Central Botanical Garden. Amid hundreds of plant species, century-old trees and clean air, it offers the chance to breathe with nature without stepping away from the rhythm of the city. Here nature is not merely a view — merging with the architecture, it becomes a part of your home. It becomes a calm backdrop and a constant companion on your morning walks and family gatherings. This closeness is not just an advantage of location, but a lifestyle that makes every day different.
